Jim recently retired from a second career as a full-time faculty member in the School of Business at SUNY Geneseo, where over a ten-year period, he taught business law, employment law, internet law, and other subjects. He is the former General Counsel and Secretary of Carestream Health, Inc. Prior to Carestream, Jim spent 20 years at Eastman Kodak Company, during which time he held a variety of legal positions. He is a graduate of Boston College with a BA in Philosophy and Cornell Law School. He is a past board member of several Rochester social, religious, and not-for-profit organizations, including Writers & Books.
